Nurturing Program for Prenatal Families

2nd and 4th Tuesday of the Month at 6pm
The Prenatal Program for Families is an exciting, up-to-date, proven program that helps parents and their baby start out life with the optimal conditions for a healthy, nurturing prenatal experience.

  • Preventing drug-related birth defects

  • Identifying unhealthy possessive and violent partner relationships  
  • Understanding the importance of nurturing touch and infant massage

  • Understanding fetal growth and development
  • Dealing with physical, social and emotional changes occurring to themselves
  • Maintaining a healthy sexual partner relationship
  • Using stress relaxation techniques such as affirmations and visualizations
  • Encouraging healthy brain development
  • Understanding their beliefs and knowledge regarding parenting
