Serving the community means that you have to get out there and work in it and be a part of it. Family Services Center participates in as many community events as possible to spread awareness of the services offered and serve the community. Family Services Center also sponsors events for clients, outreach and fundraising.
Each month Family Services Center focuses on one of the services offered and promotes it within and out in the community through personal contacts, presentations, press releases, interviews, events, brochures or fliers.

9th Annual Big Bass Benefit - September 11th
For the 9th year Family Services Center is holding a Big Bass Benefit in the Fall. The 2010 benefit will be held September 11th at Mountain View Lodge of Lake Brownwood. Registration will be September 10th. If you would like more information about the event contact Gina Jameson.

Legacy Outfitters of Brown County blessed Family Services Center and Big Brothers Big Sisters clients this year with a day of family fishing fun.
Families made bait, learned casting techniques, fished, learned how to clean and cook fish. They had a wonderful meal and lots of great family fun.
