Life can seem overwhelming at times or your normal daily activities may be impaired by a particular problem or circumstance. Do you feel angry, have a lot of anxiety, or seem depressed? You may feel overburdened by the stresses in your life or have interpersonal problems with friends or family members. In many cases, the best way to lighten the load and get back to enjoying life is with professional counseling. Family Services Center can help you find a path toward resolution of personal conflicts and relief from unnecessary stresses with individual, family, or/and group counseling.

Our compassionate counseling staff will work with you to set attainable goals that can strengthen and help you build a better outlook on life. That will be accomplished through a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach. Focusing on the 'here and now' CBT treatment helps you learn techniques that can reduce the symptoms caused by depression, stress, mood, anxiety, personality, eating, substance abuse, and psychotic disorders. The counselor will use a goal-oriented, systematic approach that looks at the whole picture to help you find a new path.
To see if our counseling services are right for you an intake appointment is required. It takes approximately 2 hours. If a minor needs counseling a parent must attend the intake appointment with the child.
The intake is by appointment only.
There may be a short waiting period.
