                                                      Picture
Anger is a basic human emotion, and expressing it appropriately is necessary to maintain healthy relationships with loved ones, keep a job, and succeed in today's world. Anger is not necessarily a bad thing; it can be used in a positive way. However, when unleashed without control, anger can have devastating results.

The goal of this course is not to ignore or get rid of anger, but to gain control over it so it can be expressed appropriately. So ask yourself these questions:
Have I been told I have an anger problem?

Are my relationships with my loved ones suffering because of my anger?
Is my anger frequent, and does it last a long time?
If you answered 'yes' to any of these questions then you may benefit from attending the Family Services Center Anger Management classes. Call today to schedule an orientation.

"One of the things I teach in anger management is the Process of becoming aware of the triggers, stopping, breathing and counting to 10 and then asking the question?  "If I do/say this____________,
what will be the result, and is that what I want?"

                                                      Von Bates, FSC Instructor
